Thanks Wayne - yes, adjustable spikes and rubber feet are included.

I think the other benefit to spiking is that you won't accidentally move the speaker while vacuuming! I've run into that issue before and then would have to spend another few minutes tweaking again after someone accidentally bumped and shifted the speaker.

Good point - I hate when that happens (it happens to my table top SuperSat 3's every week it seems! :-)

All this talk about to spike or not spike has given me an itch. I've been looking at spikes at mapleshade.com. Prices range from $114-600 per speaker. The threaded heavy feet v.3 may be just what I need. $47.00 per spike.

I need to know the thread size for the Triton 2's. ;)

Moderator :

Thanks for the info. I pulled the trigger this morning and purchased spikes from mapleshadestore.com

For those interested, I ordered the Threaded Thick Carpet Heavyfoot v.3 (individual) tapped to 1/4 x 20 w/stud item: TKHF-THR 14x20-ST Price $47.00 . Price for 8 came to $376.00 + $37.66 shipping = $413.66

I'm praying my ears will do "THE HAPPY DANCE " B)
