I can assure that the Spynx does not lack bottom end paired with T2's, which have built in subwoofers with a hefty built in amp, they sound deep and tight with anything from Heavy metal to Jazz. What you gain is a very neutral and natural mid range that is the best I have heard at this price point for an integrated (as per your original question)

You can go up the ladder and do even better, but then you are over 2k for an amp, which is close to the cost of the speakers. (I bought my T2 for $1900) If that is your budget, then it would make much more sense to buy the Triton Ones !!

I have the ones on order, and will report on how they sound with the different amps I have on hand , but I imagine they will be like the 2's , just better !! Good luck on your hunt for the best set up-
Good times, good wine, and great music !!

REALLY??? Are you serious????
I am in Mae Sai, just up the road as far as you can go and still be technically in Thailand.
Come visit, have a listen, I am serious.
God Bless,
Wayne

Mae Sai?Isaan or Chaing Rai way?
I rarely get up north except to visit my soi dogs up in Nong Khai.

Where do you find all your equipment up there?

Last install I did with the Spynx, the customer already had an XPA3 or XPA5 (forget which) from Emotiva and it matched nicely. Those can only be ordered direct as they don't have dealers , so will be tough for you to hear in person.
