This morning I had a choice between Frozen Ground and Pacific Rim, I chose Pacific Rim because of the great reviews--there were also a few "don't waste your time" reviews. Believe me...it was a waste of time. Had a great picture, but the center channel voicing was to loud and somewhat distorted even when turned down 5 db. I literally couldn't wait for the movie to be over. I wouldn't take the movie if you gave it to me...THUMBS DOWN!
D-Sonic m3a-600m Mono > McIntosh MC152 > Primaluna ProLogue Premium Preamp > Oppo UDP205 > Decware ZLC > Triton Reference > Isoacoustics Gaia 2 > Canare 4S11 Speaker Cables > Audience Forte 3, Anticable L3 & Shunyata Venom PC's

Every great performance deserves an Audience!

Just watched Frozen Ground. It's based on a true story that follows Alaskan State Trooper Jack Hacombe (Nicolas Cage) as he sets out to end the murderous rampage of Robert Hansen (John Cusack) a serial killer who has gone unnoticed for 13 years. Will he catch him?
Is he still out there raping and killing............?

2 1/2 out of 5 stars...

Thanks Bro for not giving it away. I am biting my nails, just waiting to see it.
But, then, you didn't rate it too highly after all, 50/50 huh?
Well, OK, maybe I will buy it if I find it, but if not, I will not go looking hard for it.
Thanks,
God Bless,
Wayne

Had a special on Redbox rentals this morning, picked up KickAss 2 for 32cents. All in all, a pretty good movie the first one being the best though. Great picture and DTS 5.1 sound....3 stars.

The HEAT was coarse, gross, horrible language, but WOW there were some funny lines in there.
Mixed reviews from me on this one, and not one for the kids. But FUNNY!!!!!!
Descpicable Me 2 in 3D was not a very good story, pretty good use of 3D actually, lots of stuff coming outta the screen at ya.
The sound was good. The wife said we might crack the walls of the house, and that was with the T2s, without an extra sub attached!!!
I am liking these T2s!!!!!!
