So I turned up the subwoofer knob on the back of the Tritons to the 1 o'clock position and turned my subwoofer setting down inside of the receiver and wow, what a difference. Music sounds much better and the explosions are not as obtrusive. I still think a little more tweaking needs to be done, but I'm definitely on the right track. Thanks for the help, fellas!
