I guess how I handled the added 1.5" of height added by the Gaia II's over rubber feet is similar to what I've read: I just raised the rear settings a little bit to aim the Ref's at the same listening position as before. LOTS of adjustment room with the Gaia's to adjust relative angles.
I didn't try changing listening heights beyond that adjustment, just love the added clarity and bass finesse I hear as is.
Maybe there's more fine fining I could do with front/rear Gaia height adjustments, but I'm totally happy with the SQ jump I got with the isolators, as is.
Bottom line, the Gaia's DO settle down something, whether it's stray sound/vibration bounce/cancellation effects from floors, or speaker cabinet movement that blurs sound. All I know is they make a difference for the better.
