I turned on the Puppy Bowl during halftime. Watching the puppy's poop was more entertaining than the halftime show

Hey Bro Santhosh, I just now saw your post about Chris Jones.
Glad you liked it and glad you found the crickets. But it is an AWESOME CD.
The recording is wonderful. Heck the songs are wonderful.
I have to put my ear up near the speaker, then I can hear them bugs. Not from my seating position, but I have tinnitus, so I hear something like crickets all the pesky time.
I would trade you some Mirage floorstanders for your T7s. They sound to be a great speaker by all accounts.
I have dreams of putting 4 of them as all my surrounds in my home theater. Course I also dream of World Peace too.
Bro MOBrien, I don't know what puppies you are referring to, but it was definitely a POOPY BOWL.
Blessings boys and girls,
Wayne
God bless the child that's got his own.

The FF5 needs a LOT more break in, I think. I hope.

Say what? The only thing the sub will do is play louder as it breaks in... what's your issue? The ForceField 5 plays really low really loud, can excite unpleasant room nodes. Are you running some kind of low frequency room correction (I find I have to in my room, otherwise I have a 12dB peak at around 40 Hz which turns all the bass to mush)? If not, you may need some bass traps in the room, or at least a single peak attenuation.

And I'm with Anthem, I thought Bruno Mars and the Chili Peppers were excellent... sure sign you're getting old is when you don't like contemporary music. (Or, the best way to stay young is to enjoy new things.)

But I'm with you on the game, it SUCKED. Bummer. Loved the commercials though, especially the Bob Dylan Chrysler ad, the Doritos time machine ad and the Hyundai Genesis ad. Apparently the Puppy bowl did not air in Thailand... sorry. Good game distraction.

Have you guys tried Bob Schneider?
The former squeeze of Sandra Bullock, or so I am told. Down in Austin. I have heard him live a coupla times at Antones, the guy is great.
I really like "I'm good now", but I just got and am listening to "Burden of Proof" and NO, Anthem, it is not about Jack Daniels.
The sound on my new T2s is just magic. LOVELY!!!!!
Highly recommended if you want great sound, great words but don't want to rock too much.
God Bless, Wayne

I tried Bob Schneider and kicked him out the door...sounds like a depressed dude. Bro. Anthem is listening to some real music.
Mindi Abair/In Hi-Fi Stereo (2010 Concord) Sonically a true gem. I use this CD as a reference for how well speakers reproduce the saxophone. Every song keeps you clued to your chair. There's enough Mindi for everyone, including you Bro. Wayne....
D-Sonic m3a-600m Mono > McIntosh MC152 > Primaluna ProLogue Premium Preamp > Oppo UDP205 > Decware ZLC > Triton Reference > Isoacoustics Gaia 2 > Canare 4S11 Speaker Cables > Audience Forte 3, Anticable L3 & Shunyata Venom PC's

Every great performance deserves an Audience!

Playing a DVD-A of Tchaikovsky 1812 Overture Op. 49
done by Eric Kunzel leading the Cincinnati Pops with the Kiev Symphony Chorus.
This is DTS surround sound on one side and DSD on the other.
Not for the faint hearted, no those with a desk top system.
Weinies need not apply.
Blessings,
Wayne
