Anthem, I listened to your suggestion - Ken Navarro/The Test of Time this morning. It was early before my wife and kids woke up, so I hooked up my tube headphone amp and Sennheiser HD 800's and fired up the album. Now the Sennheiser's have been my reference headphones for the last year and half and set me back a grand an half. They have provided me with audio bliss and were my gateway into 'audiophile' listening - letting me hear the spatial beauty in music. I felt the album was okay, but did not move me much.
The wife and kids woke up, so before I went into my basement gym, I decided to listen to the same album on my Triton Sevens. My, my, my, what a difference! The guitar strings were now mesmerizing and sounded so much better, that I had to stop and listen - making me late for exercise and consequently church!
I was once told that to hear the same sound quality from loudspeakers as headphones, you have to pay 10 times as much. By that estimation, my Sevens should have cost over $15,000! Now, you know that is not so! I feel like I own an audiophile bargain!

Doggonnit Santhosh,
You keep talking like that and they will be quoting you AGAIN on the Facebook or maybe even more expensive marketing campaigns.

Good for you buddy, I am happy you are having such a great listening experience. Makes me want me some 7s.

I am actually looking at them for the surrounds in my home theater, but will need my ship load of money to come in before that.

God Bless, Wayne

Thanks Anthem for being Mr Positive.
I did not get that deep into who won what. When I saw that Lorde won best Song of the Year for "Royals" I totally stopped listening.

No, I am not a highly opinionated, grumpy old man!!!!!
ha ha
God Bless,
