Thanks, Anthem, for the tour of your musical journey!

My taste seems to be pretty ecclectic...whatever catches my ear, though I never really "got" heavy metal, rap or opera. I rarely play through an entire CD, instead make playlists that might range from Andrew Lloyd Weber to Gershwin to Merle Haggard, to streamed pieces I've heard from your thread. I just enjoy hearing a variety of musical styles (short attention span maybe? :blush: ). DEEZER has a FLAC format radio station I can stream that tailors itself over time to the type of music I do searches for. I listen to that frequently.

A big reason I really like the "Currently playing" thread is that I get virtually a daily sampling of music to try. Keep it up!

Ok, one more. I finally have all of my acoustic treatments in place and have been tweaking speaker placement. To me, there is no better way to test low frequency musicality than using a clean bass line. It doesn't get much better than this one. If my speakers are moved too far into a corner or close to uncontrolled boundaries, the bass on this one will sound boomy and muddy. In the right spot, you will truly know if your bass is "musical". The powered Triton towers are simply amazing in this regard. My T1s have never sounded better! Now for the movie...
