Still fine tuning this morning. Down to 11:00 on the gain knob. Sounds balanced now.

Started the day off with 3 in. of snow on the ground. First real snow of the entire winter season. It got into the 50's today, so everything is pretty much melted.

You bet, Anthem! Variety is the spice of life. I've been craving some new music as well. I ordered two of Joshua Redman's albums today along with The Hateful Eight and the new Point Break.

I can't wait to listen to Redman on the T1s versus my tablet! Things are sounding pretty smooth right now. I'm not sure if it was my ears or the Mogami Gold XLRs that "broke in" but things are certainly shaping up. I listened to most of Supernatural today and it has never sounded better. I tried them in my theater setup as well and believe the center channel had a bit more detail and depth. I may be adding a few more of these...

Anthem! Yes, Light Cavalry is a change and change is good... not even sure I can hear any saxophone sounds! :laugh:

Dave Douglas / The Infinite (2002) -- Deluge

The more I listen to this cd the more I'm impressed. I'm becoming a Dave Douglas junkie, i love his soaring trumpet solos. This afternoon I ordered his Time Travel cd. All aboard everybody, it's time to ride the Douglas Train.
