Hey Dude, I guess life is good and the wife is really GOOD!!!!!!
Thanks for the explanation.
Glad the Christmas present is working out so well for you!!!!
I wonder what the DAC in your Oppo or Integra are doing with your DSD stream?
Anyway, you have LOTS of ways to hook it up and ways to listen and compare to find the best sound.
Enjoy the music and fun,
Merry Christmas, God Bless,
Wayne

Come on Kids, let's all go down to Jacky's Place...listening to Herb Alpert / Steppin' Out (2013) -- Jacky's Place.

I've been comparing the Oppo 105 with the AC 6.2 interconnects, to the Cambridge Audio Azur 840C cd player with Decware DSG interconnects. There is so much more detail in the Oppo/6.2...the CA/DSG almost sounds as if a veil has been thrown over it. Not working tomorrow, so will have plenty of time to listen and experiment.

Great Christmas present, T Cobe...wives are precious. My wife asked me what I wanted for Christmas, I told her a pair of input tubes...her response...order, and I'll pay for it. Thanks Dear!
D-Sonic m3a-600m Mono > McIntosh MC152 > Primaluna ProLogue Premium Preamp > Oppo UDP205 > Decware ZLC > Triton Reference > Isoacoustics Gaia 2 > Canare 4S11 Speaker Cables > Audience Forte 3, Anticable L3 & Shunyata Venom PC's

Every great performance deserves an Audience!

Wonderful for you Anthem that your lovely wife blesses you like that!!!!!!
I am blessed as well. A little off topic, but when our 14 year old BBQ gave up the ghost, OK, it rusted out, I hated to spend the
money on another now that we are on a fixed income, retired. And the pictured BBQ in my avatar is really expensive over here.
It has brand new type burners, comes from Australia, but I am sure they have them in America.

I told my wife it was too expensive, I didn't feel right about buying it.
She said, "You are American, you have to have a good BBQ", to her it was as essential to my way of life and a great sound system and ice machine.
We who have GREAT wives are So Blessed!!!!!
God Bless,
Wayne

Wayne,

That is one sweet looking grill! I've seen burners similar to that, but not covered by glass. That looks like a great design! I'm jealous that you'll be grilling out this month while I'll likely have to wait until May. Being able to grill out year round certainly supports the investment. What are you grilling up for the holidays? Can you grill a ham or turkey on that thing?

Cheers,

T Cobe

Thanks T. Cobe,
Yes we can grill out all year round here, and that is a good point.
I won't be grilling a turkey (don't like them and a frozen butterball costs a small fortune over here), maybe some ham, but probably more like shrimp and our home raised fish or homemade sausages. A home grown chicken might make the honored fire as well.
Wish we could have a GEt Forum BBQ!!!!!
That would be a HOOT!!!!
God Bless,
Wayne
