Thanks so very much Guys, for empty pockets and broken dreams...

Hey, Anthem

Ain’t this audio journey full of twists and turns.

Based on what I’ve heard with the Heindall, I’ll go out on a limb and say you’re gonna’ love what you hear also!

Nah, you don’t really hate us, you probably wish, like the rest of us, that this audio path we’re all on didn’t have so many durn “we’re almost there” moments along the way followed by yet another “ah ha!”.

And Sandy keeps doing that also...

But that’s what makes this all so fun!!

Happy listening!

Rick

Art,

I can't remember your existing cable setup, but when you move into your new digs, consider upgrading your front speaker cables. I also heard a big difference there.

Hi Charlie,

My speakers cables are lamp cord. And my power cables are stock.

I don't know exactly how I might configure things if we move.

Thanks for your suggestions.

Best,

Art

Ah, I did remember right. If it were me, I'd replace the lamp cord speaker cables before the power cords. Just on your front stereo pair. I started with lamp cord, and made baby steps into Morrow speaker cables (SP3), and then, interconnects. Definitely a big difference. There are a lot of great speaker cables out there.

Hi Art, I agree with Charlie 100%!!!!!
I would not get rid of those TOnes until I gave them a chance to really shine.
And IMHO lamp cord does not do it.
Go with copper if you want more bass, go with silver if you want more soprano.
And try to find some cables that will let you return them IF you don't hear an improvement. That way listening, giving them a try will possibly cost you nothing. Though I THINK you will hear a big improvement.
Just my 2 cents worth, but in this case I HAVE put my money where my mouth is.
I CAN hear a difference in speaker cables.
God Bless,
Wayne

Hey, wait a minute, Wayne! I thought you said you heard a difference in a certain power cord, too. Right? Like, you even bought it from Rick?

How soon we forget....
