Happy to see a SW out on these. They could replace my B&W CM5’s +sub in my workout room very easily - and those speakers do great paired to a solid DAC. It’d be nice to get rid of the old only AVR that is basically functioning as a 100wpc amp.

Lots of possibilities for these: office, cabin house, alternate 2.1 home theater room.

So can a pair of these be used as surrounds in a 5.1 setup?

I would like to use these as the surrounds for a T Ref 5.1 configuration.

Just not sure how you would connect them as one is the left surround and one is the right surround, etc.?

Yes. Just connect them from your receiver's/processor's surround left and surround right pre-outs and plug them into the wall outlet. (If you are using a receiver that does not have 5.1 pre-outs, you can't.) You'd actually be connecting the two cables to the one speaker with the RCA inputs, the other speaker connects wirelessly to the first.

How are we going with updates on these units? They sound fantastic and I am looking for a bedroom pair of speakers.

Do we also have any u sight into the triton range? I Would love to see an active T-Ref on the near horizon

Still anticipating 4th quarter this year. We are certainly exploring the development of fully powered Triton towers using this technology as well.

Great news for people hoping these speakers would support Roon...

Roon now supports playing to Chromecast devices, as of today:
