Any news about the upcoming subwoofer?

The SuperSub XXL still plan for September?

Should be in US and Canadian dealer showrooms by the end of October.

Yep, very soon now :)

For all you GoldenEar sub fans who plan to read this great review, be forewarned that someone is posting negative and untrue comments on the review. In my experience, this is almost always someone with a self-interest, not at all a real owner. Besides the obligatory "you'd be better off with something else for less money", someone has also posted that GoldenEar subs have a high failure rate and known QC problems, "just search it, you'll see" the comment reads. Well, I just did that (you can do the same), and it just ain't so (yes, we knew that first hand from our internal failure rates data, but I wanted to see for myself). Not a negative comment to be found no matter what combination of words I searched. Closest I got were either posts to this forum or information on our website. Or some other subwoofer brand's QC problems (search is funny that way).

So, read the great review, and feel free to add a little balance (or truth, in this case) by adding your comment to the review.

I didn't even see the follow up comments. I seldom read them as they are typically plagued by trolls. The fact that GET is fixing Triton towers outside of their warranty tells me everything I need to know about the company. In this day and age, it's very rare to see a company stand behind their products like this and provide that type of customer support.

Cheers,

T Cobe

Thanks, that is an amazingly refreshing perspective on the comments section, I hope many people share your view.
