Yes, it begins. I'll be in the North for awhile, but if you get a chance to audition the SCXXL first, I'd love to get your impressions of how it matches up to T1's. While I love the SCXL, the T1's are in a class by themselves for clarity.. I'm suspecting that with similar electronics, and crossovers, the SCXXL may be a clarity/smoothness match for the T1's, and could probably be crossed over at a lower HZ with a somewhat fuller center.

I'll audition them myself later in the summer.

You and I are anticipating the same thing. I'll definitely let you know if I'm able audition the new SCXXL but my guess is that the first time I hear it will be in my theater at some point in July. Keep me posted as well. Neither of the dealers in my area had a SCXL on display when I took that leap of faith so I'm sure this go round will be the same. I'm really looking forward to hear what people have to say about the difference between the two. Since I went on the record saying I would buy a better center channel if GET offered one, I think I'm on the hook and I'm looking forward to it! :woohoo:
