An oldie but a goodie...Duke Jones / Thunder Island (1994) Trumpet master Duke Jones struts his stuff on his debut album. Many songs to fall in love with, especially "Let's Have it All" and "You & I."

Apologies for the long radio silence - life you know...
I just had to post about a wonderful album I simply love, sung by two great vocal artists, Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong accompanied by the Oscar Peterson Quartet and recorded in 1956 - Ella and Louis.
Listen and be transported to bliss and love...

Been listening to what I believe is Dave's best work to date...
Dave Weckl Band / Multiplicity (2005)
The whole CD is great...stand out tracks include, "What it is" / "Cascade" / "Mixed Bag" / "Down on the Corner
Sax and great drum work ...crank it up!

I've been listening to some stompin' good music and watching our Wichita St. Shockers stomp Missouri St. 68-45. The Shockers at 31-0 are having a mind-blowing season...kudos

Yellowjackets / A rise in the road (2013)
A most pleasurable listening experience.
