Happy New Year everyone! Listening to Melissa Menaga's Little Crimes again this morning. If The Fire goes Out is a great track. Unfortunately it isn't on YouTube, so no link.

This is another Chesky Records Binural release that is optimized for headphones. You may want to check this one out, Rick. Most of the album is vocals with acoustic accompaniment, but If The Fire Goes Out has the benefit of added percussion: making it a bit more balanced to my ear. The vocals are great throughout.

HAPPY NEW YEARS EVERYONE

Starting off the New Year with Deadlifts.
Using 75% of your 1 rep max, do 1 rep every 30 seconds for 10 minutes.
Next week I'm gonna bump it up to 80% and 85% the week after that.

And my NE Patriots are the #1 AFC seed for the umpteenth time. I know, I know, so many other teams and fans think they MUST cheat to be so good so many years... maybe it has just a LITTLE something to do with talent, a future Hall of Fame quarterback, a coach who really does know his X's and O's maybe better than anyone and brings his team to play each and every time.... yes, tires and tennis balls and basketballs really do lose PSI with lower temperatures according to the natural gas law! Even footballs...
