Happy 4th of July all! Lazy morning today watching the Tour De France and listening to music. Finishing up another listen to Go.

Three O'Clock in the Morning is a bit more balanced in terms of instrument levels than many of the other tracks on this album where Gordon's sax work really takes first place by a wide margin. This song brings the other musicians to the foreground to significant benefit.

Sound quality on this one is decent. It definitely sounds like a 60s recording but it is clean and free from distortion as far as I can tell. There is certainly nothing negative that draws attention to itself. The recording levels are a bit high so you'll need a fewer dBs on the volume knob to reach your usual listening levels. Anthem, I think the sax is clean on this one and it would certainly make a good addition to your library.

I'm not sure what a caching issue is, but posts can get caught up for a while until another post pushes both onto the board. I think we've gone up to a day waiting for these posts to "catch up". Obviously it's nothing critical but something seems to be amiss.
