By the "subwoofer plugged" I mean power cable of the Triton 2's internal subwoofer is plugged/connected. I have isolated speaker cables, interconnect cables and power cables from each other but the problem still occurred. Currently, I suspect the subwoofer's amplifier inside the Triton 2. Because the Triton 2s were working properly when I unplugged the power cables of the Triton 2's internal subwoofer amp.

Got it. Okay then, I have a follow up question(s)... Are both Triton Two's exhibiting the same problematic sound at essentially the same time? And, is all of your equipment on the same circuit breaker? Perhaps try only one Triton/ channel. I suggest that merely because it could be electrical related in that you are drawing too much current. Based on the video, it looked as though both were connected to the same power strip,.

Hi, Weerapat, and welcome!

You're in good hands and getting good attention already from Wayne and GDHAL.

I would just add that the chances of BOTH Tritons misbehaving at the same time seem pretty darn remote. My vote would be that it's an external source/signal that the T2's are getting and playing, from a source or amp.

Keep at it! Those Tritons will reward you with lots of listening enjoyment.

Hi GDHAL,
They did the screaming noise at different time and different level of noise.
The left speaker exhibited much louder noise at low-mid frequencies and more frequently than the right speaker, which exhibited mid frequency noise just sometime.
I also tried connect only one power cable at a time, the problem still occurred.
Anyway, dealer's staffs will come and pick up both speakers today.
I really hope they can help.

Khun Weerapat,
I hope the dealer can get them fixed, but from what you are saying, it really sounds to me like something is wrong with the amp too.
I hope you can send the amp, or receiver with the speakers, so they can find out for sure what is the problem.
If the towers are new, it is very hard to imagine both of them would have a problem like this.
If you bought them from someone else, maybe they damaged the speakers when they played them, did something to them?
Anyway, please let us know what happens, what you find out.
Hope they are fixed soon.
God Bless,
Wayne

Hello Khun Wayne,
I don't think the problem came from my amp. I'm using this set of electronics (source, pre amp, power amp) with my Goldenear Triton 7 for many years and they are working fine now too. I have three pairs of bookshelf speaker and they are also playing no problem with these electronics too. Back to the Triton 2, without the subwoofer's power cable plugged, They can play for hours without any problem. The dealer said they will check the speakers let me know in next few days.

OK, Khun Weerapat, that explains more.
Then your dealer should be able to find the problem and fix it.
Khob khun mak na krap to help me understand.
God Bless,
Wayne
