Hi,
I just received an update from the dealer this afternoon.
As suspected, both internal amplifiers are malfunction (at different components), you see how unlucky I am :(
They are kind enough to swap the entire electronics of both speakers with ones from their new (in-stock) speakers!
Great dealer, Great support indeed!

@Weerapat

Thank you for the update. While I'm glad and not surprised to understand you're getting support from GET/your dealer, I still find it bizarre/unusual that you should encounter failure with two speakers at essentially the same time. Thanks so much for keeping everyone informed on the progress of your situation. All the best. :)

Yes, bizarre, but not unheard of in countries with "marginal" 220v service. I would be willing to lay some pretty high odds on an a/c line issue that cooked them both.

Haha, after 1 year and 4 months, these speakers (both sides) have subwoofer's amp problem again. One has hiss noise. Another one has pink noise. I use them less than 20 hours 'cause I went abroad to work for almost a year. I'm a bit unconfident with these speakers and the authorized distributor of GET in Thailand has changed. I called them and told them about the problem. But it seems that they don't want to service these speakers 'cause I bought them from previous distributor :( :( :(

@Moderator - I really need help, please kindly advise.
