OK...TRefs are here, installed and playing and they sound incredible already. Comparing them to the T1's I would say they are more 'real' and I feel as if I'm in the room where the music is being played. To be honest I can't imagine anything could be better than the way my system sounds so now the checkbook is closed (except for buying more vinyl) and I'm just going to enjoy.

I'll post back after the break-in period.

OK...so I'm a few weeks into the T Refs and they are like a fine wine...they are getting better with age:) Every new album/CD I play just seems to be better than I could imagine. I've had a number of friends listen and they claim they have never heard anything this good.
I am going to invest in a wool carpet though. We have wood floors and I have noticed at high volumes there is a 'boom' factor.

So the rug arrived yesterday and at first hearing the sound does appear to be slightly 'warmer' if that makes sense although I haven't tested it with some loud music...yet....but the wife is leaving on a trip for 2 weeks this Saturday so the neighbors better watch out:)
