There is a great documentary on Rush called Beyond The Lighted Stage. There is some music but not a lot. Hopefully you can get it over there.The story of Rush is a good one. Also Moving Pictures is a good Album. Once you watch and or listen let me know your thoughts.

Well, Yes, the Beatles are definitely on my Timeless list. Lots of their songs, and whole albums like Abbey Road. as wonderful a music as there ever was, IMHO.
Dave, thanks for those suggestions. I got the Beatles the 1 CD and although the songs are GREAT, the recordings were about the same as always.
MOBrien, I heard that Rush documentary was a good one, but will try some Rush music first, to see if I like it. So 2112 is the place to start?
Or the Rush remasters?

Yes, those box sets are pricy but keep checking Music Direct and Amazon. MD has put them on sale before at what looked like pretty aggressive prices. And remember, each set contains the complete catalog, one in stereo and one in mono. Note that the earlier albums are the original UK versions.

I remember going to grandpa & grandma's in Michigan for Christmas. I always had a transistor radio in hand. One song that captivated me more than in other was Blood, Sweat & Tears - Spinning Wheel. Would literally stay by the radio all day just to hear that song.

Another song I couldn't get enough of Tommy James & The Shondells - Crimson & Clover.
