The gem of the afternoon was Mannheim Steamrollers song Fum, Fum, Fum. Excellent sound reproduction as played through the Aon 3's...Kudoos.

It's been a Mindi morning...a day without Mindi is a wasted day?

Mindi Abair / It just happens that way (2003 Verve) debut album/cd ..I believe her best.

Mindi Abair / In Hi-Fi Stereo (2010 Heads Up) The song "Any way you wanna" I use as a reference to how speakers reproduce the saxophone.

Mindi is currently working on a new studio release, should be out next year.

Wayne, how are you? Where are you working this week? Will the house be done this year? The wife wanted to know if you had central heat installed or does it not get cold enough...keep us posted. Inquiring minds want to know.

I am working in Mumbai, India this week, my last course of the year. Christmas and New Year off, thank the Lord.
The house should be ready to at least camp out in by Christmas, though not fully finished in all likelihood.
Our house does not have central anything. We have air conditioners in all rooms, we only cool the rooms that we are actually using. Seems to be a more sensible, greener and definitely cheaper way to do things, electricity wise.
We do not have a heater, nor do we need one. We do have mountains nearby, so we do get cooler temps than most of Thailand. I have seen it get down to 11 C. Let's see, that is 52 wimpy F degrees. Sweater weather to me, tough the missus is freezing when it gets that cool.
Just for fun, just for looks, I did put a fireplace. It probably won't work, but what the hay?

Listening to two new Vinyl albums I got. First album was Miles Davis's E.S.P. (really good album - Anthem would like it).
Second, Delaney & Bonnie & Friends on tour with Eric Clapton. Still listening to it. It is late at night and i wish I could turn the volume up - but can't. Maybe tomorrow...

Not window units, but wall mounted units.
Here is a pic of the one in the home theater. The compressor unit is outside, so this is quiet.
