Busy week and work all weekend. Relaxing for a few before heading out to a dinner party. Moodswing seemed like a good choice for 30 minutes of relaxation.

Elevator going up!

Cheers,

T Cobe

That is encouraging Eiffel!
Have you gotten all your great surround speakers playing together yet?
We need a report!
God bless the child that's got his own.

New music on the way from an order I placed almost a month ago. I should receive Ornette Coleman's The Shape of Jazz to Come and Kenny Burrell's Midnight Blue, both on SACD, along with Rachmaninoff- Symphonic Dances within a day or two.

Cheers,

T Cobe

Yes, the 5.1 is all GE and it sounds great! The 2+ really bumped up the surround sound retiring my old DCMs (actually they are in the rear for 7.1). When the urge comes again, thinking Triton 5's for rear, but really with my small living room of 13x17, probably not going to happen until I move and get a larger, dedicated HT room.

Played 3 diverse albums last night starting with The Who's "Who's Next" Canadian CD mastered by Steve Hoffman. After that, played 5.1 Dvd-Audio of Diana Krall's "The Look of Love". Then finished off with the DTS 5.1 CD of Lyle Lovett's "Joshua Judges Ruth". All sounded superb. The stereo CD of Who's Next was played in DTS Neo:6 music using the XMC-1 so it too was full and sounded wonderful.
Spkrs: GE Triton One L/R, GE SCXXL Center, GE Triton 2+ Surrs, DCM TF600 Rears

Amps: Emotiva Gen3(2) 3-Chan LCR, 4-Chan Surr&Rears

Hey, Eifell62

I'm so glad you're utilizing all those great speakers you installed! And love you're playing stereo into those same speakers. Another guy who loves letting it all hang out sonically!

Again, love your music choices..

Great choice Roman!

I listened to the entire performance, couldn't turn it off. The violin solos were just hypnotic..

Thanks!
