Well, I started the morning with Star Trek Beyond and then stopped by my local GET dealer to pick up another power cord and barrow some speaker cables. Now that all of my power cords are in place in my 2-channel setup, I can properly evaluate the speaker cables.

This track has a little bit of everything, except banjo, to conduct a good evaluation of any changes in your system. I was expecting to take a little while to hear the differences between the speaker cables but about 30 minutes is all it took. Once again, the differences are not so subtle when you play a high quality track through high quality components and run everything out of a pair of Triton towers.

Cheers,

T Cobe

Ouch, you guys keep costing me money! This looks like a rather extensive selection on one disc set. Looks like 10 CDs. I've added it to my wish list and the cheapest used price is around $43. That's not a bad deal considering just how much music you are getting. I also added Icon- Best of Blue Note. It's a 2 disk set with a lot of familiar artists and tracks. Thanks for another great reference, Anthem. Undercurrent sounds sweet!

Cheers,

T Cobe

BTW- I should be heading to the music shop in the morning to pick up the Redman disc as long as it's not sold out. I'm looking forward to some more in depth listening with the loaner speaker cables.

T Cobe:

I don't want to cost you a boat load of cash.
Kenny Drew / Undercurrent is from his cd "Undercurrent"...6 songs, and can be purchased for just a few dollars. It well worth the money.

Thanks, Anthem. I think I'll keep both on my wish list but start with the lower cost Undercurrent. How is the sound quality?
