Rick, I hope you get to the 3rd Sym anyway, it is really special.
I recently bought/watched the Remastered "The Fifth Element" one of my fav movies, just released in Dolby Atmos 7.1. I don't have Atmos, but the sound was improved, the pic not unless you get it in 4K. I don't have that either. It is like my 4th copy of this movie and I am not sure the improvement is worth buying it again. BUT it was pretty cheap. If you don't have it, you should def. buy it.

Hey, Wayne! Blind Melon is a bit of a tragedy but this album was one of my favorite albums in the 90s.

Regarding the new release of Fifth Element, the sound was much improved over my last copy so I was pretty happy with the upgrade. I also enjoy this film. There aren't too many I would buy multiple versions of to add to my library.

In the afternoon, noticed Chris Isaak was playing at the Midland Theatre, one of the better sounding venues in Kansas City. It was the best sounding concert I have ever been to. The seats were 2 rows in front of the mixers, which is center to the hall. The sound was not overly loud, nor clipped, just pure goodness from Chris and The Silvertones.
