Hey, Anthem

I enjoyed "Voice of The Heart" a lot! I admit I don't always know how to enjoy jazz. I like it when there is some melody, or theme, or percussion (like Special EFX stuff) or other way to grab my attention. I guess I otherwise have a hard time following where it's going...A character fault, maybe??? I don't know. I'm just used to songs with melodies that lead somewhere. I do know that there is some just gorgeous instrumental playing in jazz recordings, and I wish I didn't have have such trouble following where it's going...

Keep showing us what's playing! I know are are lots of jazz venues near us, including right here in Austin, and New Orleans...

Thanks guys. I'll be checking out some of The Eagles music. I have their greatest hits on my buy list.



Another album I purchased today was Jewel:picking Up the Pieces. Jewel is another extremely talented vocalist. Like a fine wine, she has gotten better with age. This album is well recorded and sounds great.
