Sonically, distortion free and very well recorded. If you like trumpet and sax, this CD is a lot of fun.

Another trumpet and sax offering, with the additional support of piano, bass and drums. Great track! I'm not sure if this is exactly reference quality but it's better than many old recordings.

Sonically...except for track 6 (The Dream) which is heavily distorted, this is a very good recording.

Wish you would cue up some classical RCA Living Stereo 3 channel music and let that center channel shine.
I know I know, if you have 100 musicians playing you would want 50 of them to be playing sax and 50 of them playing trumpets and maybe a few more playing bass, drums and a piano or two. BUT IF you want to test that center channel out on music, I can't think of any better music. I keep expecting a fantastic report on the SC XXL from you.
