The $200.00 quote from the dealer is more than likely a labor charge for completing the repair. We would supply the parts to the dealer at N/C, and the dealer is simply passing along a labor charge for services rendered. GoldenEar continues to, and will continue in the future to provide the same level of service that GoldenEar family members have come to enjoy and pretty much expect over the years. This has not, nor will it change. Our warranty policy is the same as it has been since day one: 3 years on amplifier modules and 5 years for defects in original workmanship for the cabinet and drivers to the original owner, and is non-transferrable.

The merger with AudioQuest has brought renewed focus and a fresh perspective on existing product, as well as new product engineering and design with focus to build on what has been accomplished, how we have arrived to this point, and to improve upon the GoldenEar foundation of products, services, and performance moving forward.
