I just upgraded my 20+ year old DefTech BP6s to Triton One .Rs and my DefTech ProCinema 1000s to a SuperCenter Reference.
Now I feel I need to upgrade my surrounds which are 17 year old Polk Audio R15s on stands behind and to the side of the couch.
I'm only running 5.1 and my current living room isn't huge (in an apartment) but I do like a lot of sound. Also since I only upgrade every couple decades or so, I should plan for the future.

I'm thinking I should replace the Polks with SuperSat 3,s 50s or 60s on stands.
Anyone using 3, 50s or 60s as surrounds?

The 3s might be a good replacement (upgrade) for the R15s
the 50's a clear dramatic upgrade, and the 60s maybe a bit of overkill?

SuperSat 3's are typically preferred due to their size. SuperSat 50 is more full range, but much larger. I use wall mounted SuperSat 50's for my theater's surrounds.
