One of my Triton 3 purchased in February 2010 has a hissing sound from the lower part of the speaker. I tried unplugging the power cable for 15 minutes and switching it to the opposite sides, no success whatsoever. It looks like I will be bringing it back to the dealer to have digital amp replaced.

Hi Tsgt2007, It sounds like the amplifier built-into this tower is defective - and needs to serviced/replaced. You can work with your local GoldenEar dealer, or you could work directly with GoldenEar. If you would like to work directly with GoldenEar, you can reach their customer service department at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. They can go over your service options.
