I'm wondering if I need to open up the supersat 3's and spin the tweeter if I'm mounting them horizontally and or if that can be done. I have a unfinished ceiling in my basement theater and my only option for mounting my mid and rear Atmos is sideways (like a center).

You will need to exchange those for the "C" versions, the tweeter cannot be rotated (it is glued in place).

The dealer ... if not just purchased new and you can exchange. you will need to see about a trade-in.
