I’ve had my T2’s for just under 4 years. Today one of the green sub lights went off. I swapped the fuse and power cable from the working speaker and still no sub power light. From what I can tell there is an Sub amp that is the likely culprit. Given the Covid-19 situation, what is the best way to resolve? I’m fully capable of replacing the module (if it is the unit screwed into the right side of the speaker) in order to expedite the process. Please let me know best approach.

First thing we need to try is a hard reboot of the amplifier. Set a timer on your phone for 15 minutes or longer, unplug the speaker and then start the timer. This will allow enough time for the amp to fully drain. Once the timer is complete, reconnect the power. The light on the back should flash for 20-30 seconds as the firmware reloads. This oftentimes will correct the issue.

I was so hopeful this would work. Left it unplugged for an hour and then reconnected. Unfortunately, Still didn’t light up. Next steps?
