Hello Moderator Dude and fellow GE travelers, is it possible to upgrade my 2s to 2+s? Just a thought, I’ve had the electronics replaced once already use to some fluttering sounds coming out of the subwoofer, so this makes me think perchance I could do an upgrade of the electronic parts if not even the upgraded mid-range drivers if they are the same size? Curious if its possible and if so worth it, although I do have my eyes on the reference anyway....

Good question, but go TRefs. They will get you 100% where you want to go. WAY past where the T 2+s would get you, even IF you could upgrade.
Just my opinion,

Unfortunately no, the upgrade is not possible due to a change in internal wiring that makes the new parts not "plug-in compatible". The upgrade would have to include the electronics, the crossover, and two new midrange drivers. Although worthwhile, it would be prohibitively expensive even if we could offer it - a trade in and step up to Triton Ones would be much more worthwhile in terms of the overall performance upgrade.
