Hello,

Bit of back ground I have always run SuperSat3's as surrounds but have had Klipsch Reference Premier L/C/R and SVS Sub.

I want all the same brand for tonality reason and really like the idea of the Triton 3+'s. I am a movie buff but also enjoy music a lot so I think the 3+'s will do well.

Room size is 2000 cubic feet.

My question is will the Triton 3+'s give enough bottom end in that size room for movies and will they blow away the Reference Premier RP280f's I have for both Movies and music? I would also go the super centre XXL.

Thanks team.

Hi Stixbnr32,
Yes, for sure the T 3+s will be a step up for you, sound wise, music and movies. But they will still need the SVS sub for movies, In My Humble Opinion. IF you are keeping the sub, then the 3+s should be great, but if not, without a sub, I would for sure move up to the T 2+ speakers. In fact, to be a REALLY BIG improvement over the Klipsch I would recommend you do that anyway (the T 2+s), because they are just a way more full on speaker, one of the BEST!!!!!
Room size is fine for the 2s and 3s.
You are gonna love your new sound when you move up.
Have fun with your project, happy listening,
God Bless,
Wayne

I am going to have a listen at the T3+'s today and will have a think as in NZ I have been offered a real decent discount.

T2+'s will have to wait until I get married next year will never get future wife buy in 2018. The T2's are double the price (with out discount) in New Zealand so its a giant difference to go to them.

I could keep the klipsch for that long they are not a bad speaker then look to upgrade in 2019.
