This is for hard core collectors, fans and aficionado's only. Attached please find the interior view of the Triton Reference with the left side lower passive radiator removed. With this view one can see the underside of the opposite (right) side passive radiator, foam used to jacket the wiring, among other items. Again, for your interest only. :)

Yes, I realize I'm crazy..... however, please consider listening to the studio version of Waylon Jennings, I've Always Been Crazy.

I've always been crazy but it's kept me from going insane B) ;)

Hey thanks for that!
I have the T. Ones and was very curious myself - I expect they would look very similar if I was brave (crazy;) enough to do that.

Actually, I removed the passive radiators with the advice of GE Tech Support to troubleshoot a resonance sound, with the thinking (of GE) it could be caused by a defective passive radiator. Turns out that wasn't the case (i.e. the original passive radiators were replaced with new ones, and the resonance remained). Cause was eventually traced to the spikes, hence the reason I shall **NEVER** use spikes again and instead use the GAIA isolation footers. B)

I must say I agree re the GAIA footers. My experience was that they made a world of difference and I'd never go back to spikes again. Ish they had made them back in the 80s and 90s.

Hi, I have the Triton reference speakers as my fronts for my Dolby Atmos system and I was looking to change out my spikes. Given recent reviews I was going for the Auva 100 isolation pads. I bought my system in Belgium and I was trying to find out what the the thread size is on the Triton reference so that I could order them for a try out.

Do you know the spikes thread size? I'm guessing around M10 unless they are an imperial size...

Also, how did you find the differences when you changed yours?
Triton reference LR and center, rears Triton 3+ LR, ceiling 4 x Invisa HTR 8000. Arcam AV30 with 8k card.
