time I listened to them it brought tears to my eyes....still can. However one
tower is having a problem. No output and the LED light is out. I've checked
all cables and the fuse with no luck. When I do power the speaker back up
the LED flashes about 30 times then stops. Any help would be appreciated.

Sad to read of your issue. I would contact GET support and/or your dealer.
It is correct behavior that when you first power on the speaker the LED flashes and then goes out. But then once you apply an audio signal the light should come back on and there certainly should be output. I take your symptom to mean there is no bass output as the mid/highs would not be dependent on the power.

Yeah, what he said. I wouldn't be surprised to hear it is not your T2 that is the issue. Based on GET customer support over other brands, that may not be in your favor... I would try hooking your T2s up to an old AVR you may have laying around and see if you don't get output to both Tritons. Let us know how you get on and good luck! These types of issues are no fun! If it is your T2s, I'm confident GET and your local dealer will have you back up in short order.
Cheers,

It's possible that its not the T2 but it sounds like one speaker is behaving normally and the other is behaving differently absent any signal or any other equipment being involved. As suggesting, swapping the connection from the left to the right speaker is the next troubleshooting step. I would make sure to rule out everything to do with one channel vs. another including the speaker wire, the interconnect between the source and integrated, and the amp/pre-amp channel itself. The easiest way to do this is unhook the other speaker wire and hook this speaker up to it. That way your changing the speaker wire, interconnect and amp channel all at once. If you can do this without physically moving the T2, so much the better.
