Well, it is COLD here. OK, not as cold as it gets there where most of you live, but COLD for here!!!
So, I put on a pot of the RED to cook (chili that is for any city slickers out there reading, and that does NOT include any beans!!!!)
But it will be served over Fritos with some fresh onion and cheese on top, and should be a WARMING dinner!
But we never know what will happen in this world, nothing is ever certain, so we always say LWATCDR!!!!
Meaning, Lord willing and the Creek don't rise!!!!
Yeah, you can take the boy outta the country, but you can't take the country outta the boy!!!!

I just ordered this by Gary Karr from Amazon, at a pretty hefty price as it is hard to find. It is an import SACD that I got, so if it sounds better than this, I will be a VERY happy camper!!!!
