Tom Harrell / Roman Nights (2010) -- Roman Nights

New material. Tom Harrell, trumpeteer and composer, plays a striking set with melodic simplicity and emotional depth.
Overall a well recorded piece, however, a track or two did contain some bloated bass.

Fourplay /Heartfelt (2002) -- Tally Ho!

Wonderful song with plenty of body, a hugh soundstage, and a high level of detail...especially those cymbals.

As a guy who grew up in Massachusetts rooting for the Bruins, Red Sox, Celtics, and later, Patriots, it's kind of hard to watch the Sox get blown out. At least the first game was competitive... :whistle:
