I spent part of a quiet after-thanksgiving afternoon today listening to Jesse Cook albums streamed on Deezer (gee, I wish there were SURROUND music streaming services on the horizon!). As usual, I played it in all channel stereo.

Wayne, you're right, that is amazing. I love the combination of clean acoustic guitar and other instruments perfectly blended in. Great recommendation! Thanks!

Friday evening, scratching my huevos and listening to Bobby Lyle / Piano magic (1991) -- Eastern Lady.


Lyle goes solo on 99% of the entirety of this album, which is really good, I might add.

Something I picked up last month on vacation. Ottmar Liebert & Luna Negra /The Hours Between Night & Day (1993) -- Like Fire to Straw.

Here is one of my favorites. Tim Reynolds is an amazing guitar player and this live recording is phenomenal. This one is fantastic on CD and Blu-Ray for those that like surround music. Highly recommended!
