Listening to Branford Marsalis/Bloomington (1993) -- Everything Happens to Me.


Dark, Gloomy, freezing rain, a mess today. Rained all day yesterday, temperature dropped last night, and now everything is coated with ice. It's supposed to bless us with more freezing rain all the way thru tomorrow afternoon. They are talking about tree limbs and power lines down...OH JOY.

I hope everyone that celebrated had a great Thanksgiving and has slept off their turkey coma. All of our talk about various amplification and processing has me doing a little critical listening this AM before I go out and brave the crowds. I broke out Chesky Records: The Ultimate Demonstration Disc. I'm all over the place on this on but my favorite is still I Love Paris.



This track has a lot going on and my T1s are presenting it in supreme fashion. This disc is worth the price of admission as well. I highly recommend it. Happy listening!

Not just yet on the new equipment. Maybe next month for the 7702 mkII. In the meantime, I'm going to take Wayne's advice and smell the roses. Between our trip to Italy and buying a new car for my Wife, it's been a tough month on the bank account!!!
