Thanks Art, I mis-read your previous post and was looking for another Requiem.
I will get that Telarc too. I have a great respect for Shaw/Atlanta.
I just got a blu ray of Missa Solemnis, but have not had time (nor stereo) to listen to it.
You would not lose that bet about my son in law being a Longhorn. ha ha.

Hi Wayne,

You will enjoy Carmina Burana, I believe. You will quickly recognize the first part, entitled "O Fortuna", which is frequently quoted in all sorts of venues. I have sung Carmina Burana twice - most recently last year. It is fun and exciting.

I have sung the Verdi Requiem twice, but I have not had the opportunity to sing the Missa Solemnis.

A message to your son-in-law: "Roll Tide" says "Hook 'em Horns!".
