Thanks for all the kind words guys!!!!!
Art, it sounds awesome in 2 channel, indeed, I have not been able to play the dsd files in multi channel yet, so I have only heard them in stereo.
The sound is really natural and tremendous.
Once you get an acct. and log on, just set your preferred currency to USD and you will see that this album is just over $25-26 dollars, depending on which resolution you want. Or you can just buy a track or two, see how you like it.
Hope this helps,
God Bless,
Wayne

Wayne,

I have an account with NativeDSD. Did not notice that prices are in US Dollars, so thanks for pointing this out. I am looking over the classical offerings on NativeDSD. I have downloaded some classical samplers made available by Jonas at NativeDSD.

The sonics are indeed impressive - some of the performances not so much so, in my opinion. I am confident that I will eventually download at least one album.

Best,

Art

I am sad to tell of my recent experiences with NativeDSD.com
Although I am supposedly still a guest reviewer for them, I can no longer buy music there or recommend that anyone else does either.
Sad, because they seem to be nice people and have a great musical product. IMHO
But Sept/Oct of last year my credit card got hacked. In two days I had 17 charges from UBER Tech. in various parts of California adding up to over $2000. My bank caught it quickly and stopped payments, reimbursed me for what had paid, my bank knew this was fraud. I never use my card in America, nothing like that.
But this was after buying music from NativeDSD.com
I got a new card, life went on until last week, some more fraudulent credit card charges, right after buying music from NativeDSD again. My bank caught these quickly, and cancelled my cc again. A bunch of charges from Netflix, Spotify, and lots more.
I thought I was putting two and two together and contacted NativeDSD, they said they never handle the charges, never see more than the last 4 digits of the card, it all goes through a company called Adyen.
I went online to Adyen.com and on the first page of their site they proudly show their clients, UBER, Spotify, Netflix, and more.
I wrote to them and opened a complaint. OF COURSE they declare total innocence. Said someone must have stolen my cc info when I used it at a restaurant, or physically had it swiped somewhere. That would have been a great trick since the card had NEVER been outside my wallet since I got it. Never swiped, not even at an ATM.
So now my bank is busy stopping bogus charges, they sent a new credit card to my daughter in America, who will have to mail it to me, AGAIN.
I cannot prove who the thief is, but I am not using NativeDSD again.
Sorry for the long story, God Bless,
Wayne

Wayne,

Have you provided details of your experience with the credit card company (Ayden) to Jonas at NativeDSD? They need to consider changing card processors. Your experience indicates that someone at Ayden is involved in fraudulent activity.

I never did followup and actually buy something from NativeDSD. Thererfore, I don't have any experience to share with transaction issues.

Thanks for sharing this information with us. I will not be making any purchases from them.

Regards,

Art

Bro Art, I have discussed the situation with Jonas, ad nauseum.
In fact, at first he was a bit sympathetic, but now not. He said my continued string of "evidence" that keeps coming in was a "RANT" against Adyen.
I told him that was the last of me he would hear. He did come back and say it is a mystery how a credit card that has NEVER physically been used nor swiped can get stolen like that.
I am finished with them, sadly, I don't actually think it is NativeDSD at fault, and I HATE to speak against someone's business and livelihood.
But I feel like they have not been proactive or responsive enough, so you guys needed to be warned.
Thanks,
God Bless,
Wayne

Wayne, I'm sorry to hear of your experience. Are you saying you never used the card anywhere other than NativeDSD? Online, I mean.

I've had frauds on my primary credit card in the past, but lately I've been lucky. Shopping online always runs the risk that someone will hack a database somewhere and get your number. Funny, I've been mostly a cash guy when I go to restaurants, etc., but do most of my purchases online, 99% with Amazon. I had been thinking about using the card more, but now your experience reminds me that I'm not sure I want to go cashless yet!

Thanks for the warning!
