Hey Bro Charlie, that is a good question. I have used my card primarily, almost exclusively with Amazon, done so for years without any hint of a hiccup. Which is why, 1) I am not positive it is Adyen (NativeDSD) but 2) it is down between Amazon and the music purchases. I am betting on the music purchases because I never had a problem with Amazon and because Adyen is connected to the same businesses that are charging me. Circumstantial evidence for sure, but just following the money, and who stands to benefit, it is the only thing that makes sense.
Thanks,
God Bless,
Wayne

I have an account with NativeDSD. Did not notice that prices are in US Dollars, so thanks for pointing this out. I am looking over the classical offerings on NativeDSD. I have downloaded some classical samplers made available by Jonas at NativeDSD.

The sonics are indeed impressive - some of the performances not so much so, in my opinion. I am confident that I will eventually download at least one album.

Best,

Art

Amen about Hi Rez music. Although I don't stream music I am hooked with the hi res audio disc on Blu-ray. The music is in DTS HD Master Quality and so so much better than CD quality.

You got it Del, AND heck, a LOT of the time, you get a great show, moving pictures with that fantastic sound!!!!!
Looking at the kind of music you seem to like, I cannot recommend the K.D.Lang, the Sting and the Leonard Cohen highly enough.
Happy listening,

Wayne, as always, has great recommendations. Leonard Cohen's "Songs from the Road" is IMHO an absolute classic! The gravelly voice, his amazing songs.... REALLY good stuff! His voice in the latter part of his career took on a deep, wonderful character. This is a major keeper!

My package arrived in the mail today.........

Just got done listening to "Diana Krall Live in Paris" in DTS-HD Master Audio. My DVD version has been played so many times that I had to upgrade after listening to "The Eagles Hotel California Blu-ray". The SQ upgrade is so worth it. The T-Ones, SuperCenter XXL, and 50's in the rear were fantastic. Sound was so much better than the DVD version. The disc defaults to DTS-HD Master Audio in Stereo so I flipped the setting to 5.1. May have to go back and listen in Stereo DTS-HD.

The music was so smooth and Diana Krall's voice was so natural. The guitars can be heard with each pluck, tap or squeak. Hammer attacks on the piano are lifelike and dynamic. What an enjoyable time with the GET system. I highly recommend this Concert disk....but fair warning - you may become a Diana Krall fan!

The other item was "The Eagles Farewell Live from Melbourne" Blu-ray set. This has over 180 minutes of music but I am saving that for a listen over the next couple of days.

Thank you Rick and Wayne for the suggestion to try Hi Rez Blu-ray audio discs.
