Just brew your favorite coffee and add some chocolate protein power... I'm not sure I would use hot coffee. I'm not sure what effect a hot acidic liquid would have on the protein chains, but an iced coffee may be nice.

I just made a pot of chili, and put a cup of coffee in there, and it is delicious!!!!!

Bro. T. I roasted some Ethiopian Yirgacheffe?? beans. I read to do a light/med. roast to keep the floral and fruit notes. I should put that in some kind of quotes, because I did NOT taste any notes, it was just acidic and not a good cuppa at all to me.
So I browned the beans a "touch" more this aft. and will try them a gain, still quite lite roasted tomorrow.

I may just be one of those people that just do not get it!!!!
Will keep trying for a while.
