I want to replace my SC XL with the SC REF.
Looking forward to the step up in audio however wanted to know about placement behind Acoustic Transparent Screen. Are there any acoustical issues I need to consider for proper placement ie gap between speaker & back of screen/ speaker height etc?

If you can try the SuperCenter Ref a few inches range forward or back of the screen you'll likely find a sweet spot - assuming there is any difference. As far as height, try to match the tweeter height of the center with the mains.
