Hi, I have been loving my T2s and getting lots of compliments- even from my wife who is very discerning of audio without even knowing it.

Perhaps because of the MTM configuration, highs are a little dull in my room. Our seating has ears at 33-35" (below the 39" tweeter) so I have been experimenting with 'toe down'- placing cones along the back of the base to angle the speaker a few degrees down at the listener. My wife's reaction- 'I can hear what you're trying to do but I like the sound the original way'. I like the extra presence (I listen to hi-rez files or vinyl on a Theta/Krell rig). Anyone else play with this to dial in mid-to-treble balance and increase air?

Hi - my wife is quite discerning as well, just lacks the vocabulary (because she doesn't really care :) ). I think you're on the right track, perhaps you angled them down a bit too much. Also, play with toe-in and separation between the speakers to affect the overall balance to your liking for your setup/room.
