file Triton 2 green LED is on on both speakers but no sub bass sound and no vibration

It happendd today. Both my speakers' green LED is on but no sub bass heard and no vibration on passive bass panels while music is playing.
Powered down whole system twice for 30 mins each but same condition.
What should I do?

Unplug both speaker's power cords for two minutes then plug back in. Turn on your system and make sure you are sending a full range signal to the speakers. If still no output after boot cycle, call your dealer for support.
