'morning all, Are the Triton 1- 3 considered 2 ways with a sub or 3 ways?

Yes. :)

As you go up the line, they are more and more like a 2-way with a powered sub (Triton Reference and Triton One) as opposed to a 3-way with the lower bass being active (powered). A bit of semantics really, and not particularly relevant to anything in terms of performance or decision making.
