Is it possible for registered owners of Triton Two towers to purchase replacement parts?

For example, I would like to invest in a pair of replacement speaker feet and grill cloths.

Absolutely. Your GoldenEar dealer can order you replacement grille socks and additional spike and/or rubber foot sets anytime. Check with your dealer for pricing.

Per your instruction, I requested Triton Two replacment speaker socks and bases from my local Goldenear rep last week; but today he told me that he'd called Goldenear and nobody there seems to know the part-numbers or prices for these items.

Basically, they can't be ordered - doooh!

I recognize that Goldenear is a new company with new processes, and somtimes there are simply a few kinks that need to be worked through. Or perhaps you just need to know the right person.

Do you know who at Goldenear has the replacment parts ordering info, and who our dealer's should be calling to order the replacement parts?

Just wondering.

Thanks,
T.

This is absolutely not correct and makes no sense. Parts are available and we have been selling them as needed since inception. The request for parts and pricing would take exactly one phone call or one email to our office.

When you say you contacted your GoldenEar rep, what do you mean? You were directed to your GoldenEar dealer to order parts, is this who you contacted? If so, please let me know the dealer name and your contact there so I can straighten this out for you. If not, please contact the authorized GoldenEar dealer that sold you your speakers.

Since contact information will be necessary for us to get this resolved, I suggest you follow up using our This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. email address rather than this public forum.

Sorry for the confusion.

I'm referring to my factory authorized Golden Ear dealer as shown in your dealer locator list for my area, and specifically the dealer from whom I purchased my Triton Two's.

I called the dealer back and told him about your response here; and he's going to contact Goldenear's West Coast sales manager to get things sorted.

If we can't get the left hand talking to the right hand in short order, I'll respond via email with the dealer name and contact info.
But once my dealer became aware that the replacement parts pricing and ordering info is already available inside Goldenear, he said he knew what to do next.

Thanks for the quick response, I'll keep you posted.

OK, got a clarification on this today.

I received a call directly from Goldenear (now that's what I call customer service).

As has been stated, the requested parts are indeed available.
But for now, these parts have been prioritized to satisfy manufacturing and warranty requirements.

Mine is the first request for "elective" purchase of replacement parts, and such requests will be satisified as soon as sufficient parts inventory is available.

Let's face it, they've been crankin' these babies out for less than a year now.
And demand for Triton Two's has been phenomenally high.

Goldenear's management team is in direct contact with my authorized dealer and the requested items will be ordered on my behalf as soon as "elective" parts become available.

Works for me.

Thanks Goldenear.
