Triton 2 to new Sub

I just got a new sub and want it to operate in direct mode, but it doesnt.

can i run a line from my triton to my sub?

I have an integra dtr 40.1 reciever.

Also, i have my sub (svs sb2000) set at LFE. Should i change the crossover to a different setting?
I have the bass on my tritons around half.

Welcome to the forum. I'm not sure I'm entirely clear what you're asking for here but I believe you want to send bass for stereo music out of your Integra's LFE output to power your subs. In direct mode, you can add a subwoofer but you have to drill down into the Itegra's menus to add the sub during playback in that mode. You will also have to decide on a crossover point. Nobody here has done more experimenting and is more knowledgeable on this than Art. Hopefully he can chime in and clear things up. You can try to hit us up with some more clarification as well on your setup and what your trying to achieve.
